Xeloq does a very fine job. We have DID numbers in 4 countries and use 4 3CX servers . It works very good. Good support too and very low rates.

Maybe have more Malaysian numbers?

Stuur gewoon even een van de emails door die u van ons systeem ontvangt naar administration (at) xeloq.com en we verwijderen het account.

Jammer overigens; waarom maakt u geen gebruik van onze diensten als we vragen mogen?

Hoi Ik probeer al een jaar mijn account op te zeggen omdat ik steeds notes krijg dat mijn credit erg laag is. Waar kan ik mijn account afmelden!

Hallo Elly,

Dank voor je comment. Helaas gaat VoIP hardware weleens kapot en zijn er ook regelmatig bepaalde instellingen niet goed. Dat heeft in principe niets met ons systeem te maken maar als gebruiker kan je dat wel zo ervaren en dat kan vervelend zijn. Fijn dat het nu met nieuwe hardware weer feilloos werkt.

Hallo, Nu ruim 1 jaar bij jullie. Het geluid is soms niet al te best, Soms valt de verbinding ook zomaar uit. Wat ik gehad heb dat de beltoon niet meer overging en het is ook niet verholpen kunnen worden. Dus nieuwe apperatuur aangeschaft nieuwe telf en nieuw kastje. Dure zaak. Deze doet het wel weer goed. Hoop maar dat het naar 1 jaar deze nieuwe apperatuur er weer niet mee uitscheid. Als alles het doet dan ben ik zeer tevreden. Met vriendelijke groet, Elly

De Innovaphone apparatuur is allemaal getest en goedbevonden door TipTel. Het moet dus gewoon kunnen werken.

We adviseren om contact te zoeken met support@xeloq.com en een dialoog aan te gaan. Dan kunnen ze live meekijken wat er gebeurt.

Mocht het met MD5 authenticatie niet werken (met SIP account / password) dan kunnen we eventueel kosteloos een IP Authenticatie opzetten voor jullie Innovaphone.

Graag horen we dus van jullie in de mail! Onze support is er voor jullie!

Thanks for mentioning. Last year we had some issues which lasted 3 x 0,5 hour in total on our own backbones. This means an uptime of 99,9%. Last issue was on November 25, 2009 when there was an issue with incoming Dutch numbers at our Dutch Telco.

At the same time KPN had a complete DUTCH ADSL outage. This was in exact the same timespan. Some of our customers indeed suffered from this both. Because of the complexity of the VoIP backbone systems it takes a while to determine where the problems are located, we can not simply put a ‘XeloQ warning system in place’ .

At most times the XeloQ systems are up and running but it concerns issues at our DID providers (the normal telephone numbers), the carriers (to send the calls to the normal telephone-network) or interconnect issues with all our carriers (we use 5 main carriers who interconnect to 100’s of Telecom operators form their end).
