NOTE: Because of new European regulations the rates to reach European mobile phones have been increased significantly when you use a non-valid CLI. It seems that for some European countries the fixed destinations are also involved. Always use a valid and solely owned CLI / CLID in your IP phone / IP PBX or set it correctly in your XeloQ account. Use the support form on the right side on this website to ask for help on this topic. CLI Spoofing is not allowed!

Terms for the First Class XeloQ IQ-Telephony Rates Tables:
- Price per minute / excl. 21% V.A.T. (you do not pay V.A.T. when you live / work outside the E.U.).
- Strictly prepaid (prepay by bank, iDeal, PayPal, Mollie or Credit Card).
- Prices may change without prior notice!
- Emergency services like 911 or 112 are only reachable for Dutch / Netherlands based customers!
- Full DTMF support / ~100% ACD
- Premium rate 090x numbers are blocked as well as most Toll Free numbers.
- Per 12 seconds billing except for Mexico. Mexico will be charged per minute.
